I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel I am currently in the process of trying to get a full refund. I stayed Thursday through Monday in that one day that I get housekeeping nor did I receive clean towels clean bedsheets. I’ve never seen one housekeeper my whole stay. When I asked for clean linen I was told it was being wash 4 hours later I asked again and was told they didn’t have no extra linen. The staff members have real bad attitude and can care less about anybody staying there. I also feel as if the hotel was being used as a recovery home for people that were getting plastic surgery as there was women walking around in bandages. Blood spots on the floor. Very nasty place to stay I won’t be back there and I don’t recommend other people to waste their money by stay in that place.....

I love the resort it was very clean the staff was extremely nice and helpful I recommend anyone to stay here

I have never visited an entity that was soooooo unprofessional and shabby. The lobby furniture was staid all over them. We had to ask for towels and bringing in the tiles there were lipstick on two of them and dirty. I have never stayed at many but this was the worst. Please look at the stats they have. They could have let anybody do there reviews.if you want go time in Miami DONT STAY HERE! Please !!!!!

I honestly never write bad reviews but this is an exception. We stayed four nights we literally had to ask for towels every day we also ran out of tissue. They never cleaned our room. Orbitz rated this hotel as a 4 star that’s the only reason I chose this place. This hotel was a disaster!!!

My room was never cleaned, I had to use the same linen from my check in until check out, no toilet paper, trash piled for days my experience was horrible and I would never return. It was soooo many compliments and the hours I had to wait after my online reservation was terrible.

The rooms were dirty, bath was so dirty it looked black, there were hair on the bathroom’s walls and floor, container from the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty, single use body lotion were half empty, and top of it was gone, probably was used by previous guests. Had to go downstairs and get more towels and sheet set , because we didn’t have enough . Customer service is really bad. Many People in the hallway were complaining about same things. Nice location , and hotel looks nice, they just need to clean it better. Especially during pandemic.

The property was dirty and run down. The walls had scuffed paint and stains. The mattress was stained and the sheets were stained. I asked for a refund immediately.

It’s not only near the airport but also located besides the lake with such great view both day and night time. Room is very clean, staffs are welcoming. Love this place for everything except it’s not as near the beach.

Great rooms (with separate living room, desk, etc.), service and location.

Staff were attentive and professional. Rooms were clean. It was a very 'homey' experience. Only stayed the night but will definitely plan a longer stay

It was on the lagoon. Very nice view. Restaurant, pool, & bar was due to Covid.

Great Stay would come again and recommend love the staff
