Clean environment always. Even though some of the workers do not speak fluent English they are always willing and eager to assist. Staff particularly the cleaning take their job seriously and work constantly to keep the hotel 'clean & fresh'. That's very important to me! Additionally, the breakfast spread is really good, healthy and varied! I just luv this hotel! The location is central actually in walking distance to food store, popular restaurants, pharmacy and a small shopping center.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. What should have been an enjoyable anniversary was ruined by constant frustration; my room key deactivated every single time I left the room. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they dismissively blamed their "old system" instead of offering a solution. To make matters worse, the room was poorly maintained—I found hair in the sink, the bedding smelled unwashed, and there were visible stains on the sheets.
