Centrally located, brand new 2 bedroom unit in the heart of SoBe! Only 1block from Lincoln road, 4 Blocks from the Ocean and 4 Blocks from Sunset Harbour. Unit is fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a private balcony. 20 minutes from MIA airport and 45 minutes from FLL airport.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.

The location has an amazing walkability score of 98%. You can walk everywhere. If you choose not to walk, you have the south beach trolly that cost $1 and takes you around the beach with many stops. Apartment was good and central to everything in South Beach. Be aware that Miami gets quite humid, so if you have a hard time sleeping in a humid environment, bring your own dehumidifier.Also there is some late night street noise on Fri & Sat evenings due to silly people revving their super car engines.The assigned parking lot is next to a structural column and is a tight spot for any large SUV.Everything else was great, the hosts put labels on the furniture and lights so that it's easy to know what everything is.I would stay here again, but I'd bring a dehumidifier so I can easily fall asleep :-D

This property was horrible! We were traveling for business and were looking for a location close to the convention center. It is walking distance from the convention center, but the building was filthy and unsecured on all sides but the front. My mid-size Range Rover didn't fit into the designated parking place. The doors leading to the stairwell were broken and stuck open, and there were sketchy people sitting in the hallways. The whole situation was unsettling, and as two women, we didn't feel safe. We left within 10 minutes of arriving at the property. Luckily, we were able to find a nearby hotel at 8 pm at night. I would have driven four hours back home before staying here. The owner didn't answer when we reached out, then tried to charge us for the stay and cleaning fees! Thank you, VRBO, for the full refund after seeing the pictures we sent and conversations with multiple supervisors.
