This hotel boasts a very good location. The room was clean—as was the bathroom—and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint concerns the employee who handled our check-in. The hotel has a designated check-in window from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM; however, knowing that we would be arriving a bit later (at approximately 8:00 PM), I called the hotel a few days prior to let them know. The employee I spoke with on the phone assured me that since our reservation was prepaid, it would be fine. On the day of check-in, we arrived at 8:20 PM, and the staff member who assisted us was quite rude, stating that we should have given advance notice that we would be arriving at that specific time. I explained that I *had* called and that I had been told—since the reservation was prepaid—that it was not an issue. The employee continued to insist that he could have cancelled our reservation, going on about this and that. Honestly, that is no way to welcome a guest; you should be a little more polite.
