Very statisfied with our stay at this hotel. Great service and amazing hotel

It was great some times servers at restaurant seem a bit confused but all were nice and got things done.

Rooms for the most part were clean. Amenities were good. Food was good and served quickly--especially when in a hurry. Good location

The buffet is over priced and some of the waiters are inattentive I saw a lady get up and pour her own coffee on my last day at breakfast I didn’t tip my waiter he did nothing to deserve a dime , the rooms are clean but they give you very little Toiletries I had to use my own soap and they let the children swim till 11 pm P

Second time staying at this hotel. There is np t a lot of kosher food available to eat. The wireless network signal does not reach the rooms furthest away from the center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fiesta Americana Mérida. It is located in a convenient location right next to the Paseo de Montejo and a quick, cheap cab ride to the historic center. Great mall on the ground floor. Paying a little extra for the Fiesta Club is well worth it as they have not only a good free breakfast, but also a dinner hour to late evening layout of free hors d'oeuvres, soft drinks, wine and beer. The hotel is very pretty, though their beautiful lobby was going through some construction while we were there. It was really no bother unless you were eating in their restaurant while work was in progress. The Fiesta Club dining area is on the fifth floor, so there was no disruption there. The concierge was extremely helpful and the taxi drivers arranged fairly priced tours for us to the Uxmal and Kabah ruins and to Celestun (flamingo migration area) . We were extremely happy that we made the visit to both sites. Not to be missed! Angel was a great guide. If you are on a tight budget, you can easily arrange an excursion via the ADO bus lines to Progreso beach and Celestun on your own. There's even an ADO bus tour on the PUUC route (ruins) on Sundays. We traveled from the Cancun airport to Fiesta Americana and from Playa del Carmen to Cancun via the ADO bus lines and it was affordable, comfortable and safe. The airport to Merida bus actually stops right at the hotel if you choose that particular bus. That was a huge relief after a long day of travel.

All was good construction work noise not good a distance from zocolo colo good taxi service

Bugs, humidity odor, water drain did not work well, hair in the shower, staff not organized. good location

Very good hotel food and personal EXCELLENT PRICE

Wonderful, comfortable place. Professional and inviting in every aspect. The hotel itself is just perfect for couples, families, and business. The restaurants have a wonderful variety of foods, and buffets on the weekeneds. So I completely recommend anyone who is visiting Merida to come down and stay in this wonderful place!

Don't order room service after 10pm expecting prompt service or expecting everything on the menu or expecting them to even be open even though they say "24 hour room service". The first night we arrived late and I hadn't eaten yet. I called room service to order a nice juicy New York steak. There are 5 meats on the menu, New York, Rib Eye, Sirlion, Arrachera (Skirt steak), and Milenesa. The girl said they only had Arrachera and Milenesa. The 2 lowest quality meats. I was upset and told my girlfriend get whatever she wants and that I don't want anything and I went downstairs to Chilis. Chilis closed early and the manager denied to talk to me when I told the waiter to get him. At 11:30 their door was locked even though thier hours say12am. I told the hotel general manager that room service doesn't have 3 of the 5 meats on the menu. He said he will talk to room service to see if they can do something and that he will call me in my room and let me know. 20 minutes went by and no call. I called room service and they said that they can get me the steak but it's frozen and I would need to wait 50 minute which I appreciated and agreed and was glad to get a solution at that point but I was upset that the manager didn't call me to let me know like he said he would. Maybe they were counting on me falling asleep. The second night it took me 2 hours to get a bottle of tequila ordered and enchiladas. The third 3rd and last night they told us room service is closed. Closed.

The hotel and staff are one of the best thing, the room and pool lovely

The AC did not work well. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the Montejo Ave and just 1 km from downtown. Room comfort is great and staff is very attentive. Breakfast is really good, a great selection of dishes and for me and my wife is a must when in Merida. Underground parking is free of charge as well as wifi. Cannot go wrong staying at this hotel in Merida...

Great service. Fiesta Club service was nice. Servi BAR should have been included in the Fiesta Club.

I really enjoyed staying there very clean very professional great location great people felt very safe and comfortable leaving all my valuables in the room staff was very polite and pleasant and great plan to visit there several times thank you

Good location. Matress was old and was sunk in. I would expect better from this chain. The aire condition control did not work well and room was toó cold. Water pressure and tv were ver y good.
