I needed a hotel for one night and it was just what I needed. I let them know that I had to checkout a little late and they were very nice about it. The restaurant looked good but I didn't eat there.

Overall experience was pleasing, location is great, food was good and rooms were comfortable and equiped.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the heart of historic Merida. Close to everything. Restaurants, parks, museums. Nice clean comfortable and affordable hotel. Restaurant, pool, gym. Everything you need. Clean comfortable rooms.

4 star comfort. Nice comfortable spacious restaurant with good food. Spacious clean modern rooms with top notch plush King beds (I had a 1 bed room) bedding and very comfortable pillows (there were 5 in my bed!). Decent size flat screen TV (about 36in-not a SmartTV I dont think). Not a lot of channels (about 30) but the ones they did have were the best most popular including HBOFamily and Cinemax from what I saw. The air worked excellent in my room, 4 speeds and settings for any temperature you want. There are rooms with nice views of the city although the hotel isnt that high and there are some buildings but the view is sufficient depending on the room. I really liked the size of the room-perfectly spacious. The hot water comes out quick compared to other hotels that take 10-15 minutes to get hot. Cons (keep in mind I gave a 4star overall rating out of 5 so the positives greatly outweigh the negatives). The WiFi. 2 Fridays in a row while I was there the Internet cut totally off for 24 hours. The Internet speed is very fast (in my room and in the lobby except for those 2 times when it was off). The water. My first day I turned the water on in the shower and it was brown for about 20 seconds and there are signs that say dont drink the water. The shower water was very salty. 9 out of every 10 staff members were very nice. There was 1 or 2 that werent necessarily rude just not as enthusiastic to be working there. Gym has been under maintenance for 4 months-no air

Very good for the money. Highly recomended. Ok breakfast buffet. Short food menu

Close to restaurants, museums, and downtown. Also, a good base to visit towns and mayan sites nearby. Parking is in the block behind. Coordinate parking at night as they close it. Because of water saving my toilet did not flush properly. Overall, nice hotel, we'll be back.

I had a good experiencia in my travel to this hotel. Good location.

The staff was very attentive. They were always helpful in providing information about everything from the room, to places in the city, to transportation and even tours to other sites in the area. They offer shuttle services to different locations and work with a tour group to provide me with a tour to Chichen Itza that was very affordable and ended up being very memorable. This hotel is awesome and its staff is the best!

We had a very nice time while in Merida, and this hotel makes an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be safe, close to downtown, and have a nice room at an awesome price! The front desk is very knowledgable and willing to help in both English and Spanish.

a Very pleasant experience in Merida, we travel to Merida every year and for the fist time booked the hotel , good overall experience for my wife and myself.

This hotel is on a very good location by the Paseo de Montejo this avenue is full of different kinds of activities (bicycling, rolling skate, mini markets where you can shop, art, food and more) especially in the weekends is the best time to go for a walk and enjoyed with the family it was great location. Room was ok a little noisy but if you very tired you wont notice anything and I was exhausted because is always something to do! It was great.

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I will definitely stay there again. My room was clean, air conditioning worked well and I am glad because it was very hot during my stay. I felt safe there as well. The food was great.
