This is a lovely older, but well maintained hotel in Merida with beautiful gardens and open air dining for breakfast. It is convenient for walking to the Main Plaza, shopping and restaurants. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, and other staff members were efficient. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Nice when nobody is staying in the room above.OK but not expert service. Close to cool historic places but also packed with annoying vendors just outside the hotel at nights. No stray dogs or criminals at night so that's nice. Restaurants are a bit overpriced for what quality they offer. Close to a good coffee shop. AC in room works well. Pretty garden area but not comfortable seats. Overall not bad for a couple days.

Worse experience in my life, don't stay in this hotel ever, try to do an early check in they couldn't dind us after 1 hour and tjey didn't have rooms available so they make us wait for another 2 hours. Than when we finally got the room horrible room AC bearly was working at 105 degrees 🙄, the bathroom smelling horrible,the bed was really bad in the first 2 hours we got itching like crazy so we need to change hotel. Sorry but the 100 bucks for the 2 nights money to the toillet. Anyways

We always enjoy this lovely hotel. Our bed was comfortable. We chose a room with a refrigerator as we enjoy cold drinks. The complimentary bottles of water are an added touch. The rooms are very impeccably clean as is the entire hotel. Great location for dining opts and enjoying the central park. We shall return..
