The property is clean but it's dated and needs a lot of freshening up. There is evidence of effort - nice shiny floors and fairly new carpet, but there are marks on the walls and patched areas. The ONE elevator is dark and dingy. The receptionist was nice but I couldn't understand half of what she said. I tried to get on Wi-Fi and wasn't able to connect. We were placed in a room on the interstate highway side and the traffic was noisy. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, I have absolutely no complaints about them. However, the room quality was not ideal. From the chair in the room being very old and having large rips all over it, to the table lamp shade being held up on one side by a random screw. The entire room looked very cobbled together and poorly built/ fixed. The overall stay was nice, including the provided breakfast but you are getting what you pay for in the aspect of a cheap hotel room.

I started staying here a few years ago on my yearly trip and it has deteriorated a bit. No water pressure. Parking sucks. If you come in after 4pm you will park around the back and walk around to the front because they refuse to now use back entrance as an entrance. It smells. Its always loud.

The bathroom was in bad shape. Built-up soap still in the tub, rust and wall damage, looked like someone had spit toothpaste on the faucet that hadn’t been cleaned off. Remote and TV didn’t completely work.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Was not able to get my suit swept , mopped, or vacuumed but it was nice non the less. I will use them again. Fresh clean smell when you walk in. Nice place overall.
