Went to check into my **already paid** room, my card kept “declining” for the deposit hold In case you trash the room or something, Anyway I tried 3 different cards with the same declined message. Another customer who was Checking in next to me had the same problem. So obviously this was a hotel problem not a me problem. Anyway I get told to sit down in the lobby until they figured it out. We are tired after traveling 8 hours on the road, we just want to shower and grab some dinner. Still waiting for them to figure it out and
We are still here in the lobby waiting even tho our room is PAID. Ask to see if we can just try later and this worker was very rude, full of attitude and was very condescending. She was a heavy set African American lady with short hair I don’t remember her name. She was just immediately responding with attitude where it was definitely NOT necessary! She should not be the person you have helping people cuz she’s not very good at it. The other young lady there was very nice and professional. Other than that AWFUL Check in experience the room was very nice, spacious, clean and in a very nice area. We would consider coming back to this hotel again because it was so nice but I’m not sure because of the worker. This is the first time we have encountered a rude worker! We travel a lot due to travel sports and this is def the first neg experience.
