The staff would benefit from additional training on how to extend a guest’s stay in the same room. We were informed that this was not possible and were told we would need to make the reservation through the app, which would result in being assigned a different room. We have stayed in many hotels that have accommodated us in this way. It’s to the hotel’s benefit too they wouldn’t have to clean another room.

Staff was very nice but EXTREMELY slow. The room was absolutely disgusting. Asked for a different room and it was no better. Stained and worn furniture, carpet stains EVERYWHERE, light in the bathroom strobed and just overall a very bad stay. I’m retired military and not very picky but this place is rough around the edges. I would never recommend this facility as there are much better places in German Town area.

My staff here was wonderful. I love the location of this hotel as it is in a safe neighborhood & convenient for shopping and eating. They also have a secured gate for you to park in with nightly security. The room was large and bed was comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit home.
