the apartments stunk. the was a terrible smell up the hall way we had to air our rooms out. they are advertised as sleeping 3 it was only a queen bed so i had to sleep on the floor.

I have stayed here a few times now, I have generally been pleased but the last stay, I didn't get notifications until after I contacted their team. The internet as a confusing process and no 'sheet' was left but that also apparently sent by email. The team did respond quite quickly which was great but when I raised that there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes I didn't get any response at all. It is a good location and value for money just this last trip was not as I had hoped.

Kitchen & apartment had all the necessary appliances. Was spacious enough for a single traveller. Gym was decent, pool looked good but didnt get the opportunity to use. Good to be directly across from the shopping centre and food options.

No one seated in the reception during office hour and doors locked on arrival .. I tried to log in using the after hours terminal on arrival which didn’t work. I then had to call the number and someone came out. It was very awarkward.. be aware - no 24 hour reception or anyone after 6pm. No details supplied or map to find the pool and no useable wifi passwords - only the free public wifi which is not secure.

The only downside to this property is the lack of power points in the kitchen area and bench space. The only power point for the toaster or electric jug is behind the microwave.

It is located close to Westfield. Washer and dryer in the room is helpful for a long stay. The only issue is the blind in the living room is see through from outside at night so there is no privacy. People from the apartment next door can see through inside our room.
