The room was clean, had plenty of towels. The restaurant onsite had very good food for dinner. I wasn't too impressed with the free breakfast. The liquid eggs and processed sausage wasn't my favorite. The front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The bathroom sink drained very slowly so when you run the water the sink fills up. The base of the faucet was dirty. I was unable to take a bath as there was no stopper. There was very little water coming out of the shower head. The toilet seat was marred, chipped and dirty and needed to be replaced. The blanket on the bed was a mattress pad. In the morning the heater would not heat and blew cold air. The restaurant in the hotel had very good service but the food was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be going back.

Not a room for handicap person. The mattress was too soft. Not very convenient for anyone that is handicap. The bath was a tub even after asking for a handicap room. The phone was not working and the tv changer was hard to work.

I have stayed here often usually it is excellent! This trip was lacking. I had requested a senior friendly room. It was a long way from elevator on the 4th Floor. The room was ok but didn’t have senior friendly items in the bath room such grab bars in the tub and toilet.
