Very clean. Super nice lady at réception let me check in early. Surprisingly quiet AC. Microwave oven for communal use. No shampoo, though. Only soap.

There was a strong smell of smoke in the smoke-free room. I had kids. I asked them and they refused to give me another room or do anything about the smell. The smoke detector battery was low and beeping. I had to remove the battery so I could sleep. Again, they refused to do anything. They were running out of keys, so they gave only one key for our room. I would avoid them at this location if I had other options next time.

We requested additional pillows and was informed by a staff member that she was the only one on but her co-worker would be in and she would bring the pillows. About 45 minutes later we get a call to our room stating they have no more pillows in the hotel.... Super odd... The beds are also worst thing I have slept on in a while. I am not terribly picky and can sleep in most places. I've never woke up with back pain before and I did here. Can't say we will be back.

This place was awful! The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, and we had to get in the room and lock the doors because the people who were hanging out in the parking lot were trying to pick up my 16 year old daughters. It’s not safe…. When you walk up there is a little window that you have to bend down to talk to. They refused to let us park a U-Haul there and told us just to leave it somewhere else and walk back. We only ended up using one of the two paid for rooms because one of us had to leave with the U-Haul and we weren’t reimbursed! Pay the extra stay anywhere else!

The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and orderly. One minor thing, guests should bring shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as these aren't included, but this isn't a big deal breaker.
