The apartment is cute and comfortable and i loved having so many different food choices and the small corner store literally just outside the building. I loved the simplicity of the check in and check out process and really liked the security gate at the entrance before you head up. The kitchen was very well stocked and the balcony was nice to enjoy the nightlife while not directyly being involved in it. Carolina was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns i had and would recommend her to anyone.

Medellin first time trip

The overall area I enjoyed my stay. The location with easy access to restaurants/bars was great. Be aware there is music all day and night until about 3am but you don’t really hear it if you are in the bedroom with the doors closed. The 3rd bedroom is to tiny but if you have a child it’s fine. Be aware of walking up and down 4 flights of stairs to get in the unit. Overall I enjoyed the unit and my stay.

Medellin Family Trip

Location was great. We are a family of 4 and had more than enough room. The A/C and hot water worked fine. Had a washer and dryer. We did have a concern that was addressed. The host was very attentive.

Just what we wanted

We loved the cool location, clean and comfy apartment and especially the air conditioning. We knew Poblado would be loud and it didn't disappoint! With ear plugs and the AC in the bedrooms, it canceled out the nightclub music that raged until 7am on the weekends. Be prepared. There are great restaurants downstairs and within walking distance. A 15 min walk to the train was easy. Please note, there's no elevator and it's on the 4th floor. This was no problem for us and we liked the view from the top floor. We didn't need he 3rd small bedroom, but there is only a fan in it, no AC. I think the AC units in the rest of the apt are adequate to also make that room cool. Very lovely place and great communication from Carolyn when we needed anything.

Spacious and clean apartment in Pablado

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The apartment is located above a closed-off, lively street with restaurants below. Plenty of other restaurants and bars within walking distance and less than a 10-minute walk to Lleras Park and Provenza. Inside the apartment is very clean and has 2 regular size bedrooms and one very small room and a balcony over looking the street below. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and A/C. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Medellin.

Good location

One of the air collnditioners was not working Busy area noisy but we enjoyed the music it was holiday 3rd floor walk up but apartment was gray clean and very comfortable

Not a horrible experience, but not a fun one

To start off with the Internet goes on and off all day. One of the spare bedrooms was leaking when it was raining. One emailing the host the communication wasn’t the best. Apparently they sent somebody to fix the Wi-Fi, but it never resolved the issue. The host refused to give compensation for the leaking roof. There were multiple issues that needed to be addressed also from broken parts on sink, door Knobs, and other small issue for upkeep. I will say they did come in midway through the trip to clean for free. The day that we arrive, you could tell it was clean, but it wasn’t clean the day before or morning of. The area was a great place. Food options are great tons of bars to pick from. If your light sleeper this is not a spot for you. I did ask for a compensation or adjustment for the issues that are rose. I was just ignored. Proceed with caution

Cozy place within walking distance of everything you need.

Cozy comfortable and complete with everything you need. Yes the street can be loud and the Wi-Fi can drop in the bedrooms but we knew that going in so really zero complaints.
