Wir waren mit 5 Familien im Haus. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und sind mehr als zufrieden abgereist. Die KĂŒche hat alles was man so im Alltag benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch sehr ordentlich und gepflegt, kein Luxus aber sauber und alles tip top. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Danke auch an Herr Kramer der immer erreichbar war und sehr nett.

Vorweg :Unsere Reservierung belief sich auf 9 Personen. Als wir ankamen, empfing uns der sympathische, nette Hausbesitzer. Mit einer kleinen FĂŒhrung beginnend, wurden anschließend auch die FormalitĂ€ten rasch abgeschlossen, damit wir nach so langer Anfahrt fĂŒr alle doch schneller zur Ruhe kommen konnten. ZusĂ€tzlich hat uns der Besitzer sehr gute regionale Ausflugstipps, Restaurantempfehlungen und Insidertipps gegeben, was natĂŒrlich bei Ortsfremden sehr nĂŒtzlich ist. Beispiele wĂ€ren da der CenterPark direkt in Medebach, der eine Vielzahl an FreizeitaktivitĂ€ten fĂŒr jede Altersklasse anbietet oder der Skywalk in Willingen. Die Lage des Hauses ist relativ zentral. Es gibt zwar nicht viel Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber man hat alles, was man so braucht, in der Umgebung. Das Haus selbst ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Zum Haus gehört ebenso ein schöner, idyllischer Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, ĂŒberdacht auf der Terrasse oder auch im Freien, und sogar ein kleines BĂ€chlein im hinteren Teil. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sinnvoll gestaltet, sodass auch fĂŒr große Gruppen jedwede Aufteilung möglich ist. Bei kleineren Gruppen hat jeder seinen eigenen kleinen RĂŒckzugsbereich. Die oberste Etage (2. Stock) mit dem zweiten Doppelbett ist jedoch nur fĂŒr fittere/jĂŒngere Leute geeignet, da sie nur durch einen steilen Treppenaufstieg zu erreichen ist. Das Wohnzimmer und die KĂŒche als Hauptversammlungsbereiche sind ausreichend groß fĂŒr Gruppenevents und gemeinsame Speisen. Geschirr ist genĂŒgend vorhanden, KĂŒhlschrank und TiefkĂŒhlfach sind auch in sehr guter QualitĂ€t. Die Inneneinrichtung der Wohn- und Schlafbereiche ist sehr schön ausgewĂ€hlt. Vor allem das Wohnzimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es neben 4 Belichtungsmöglichkeiten noch ein einfacheres Effektlicht hat, welches natĂŒrlich fĂŒr das abendliche Ambiente von uns genutzt wurde.

Sehr großes Haus mit verschiedenen Schlafzimmern / Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir sind mit 14 Personen gereist und einem Hund. Alle haben gut Platz gefunden. Der Empfang durch den Hausverwalter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus selber ist schon Ă€lter, aber gepflegt und sauber. Die ĂŒberdachte Terasse und der umzĂ€unte Garten laden zum verweilen ein. Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden. 5 ParkplĂ€tze sind vor dem Haus möglich. BĂ€cker und Lebensmittelmarkt sind in gut 10min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Zum Center Park kann man auch fußlĂ€ufig hoch. Dort befindet sich auch der AventuraSpielberg. Besonders interessant fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern.

Aankomst verliep voorspoedig. Accomodatie was prima voor 8 volwassen en 5 jonge kinderen. De plafonds zijn gerenoveerd en er staan nieuwe banken in de woonkamer. Iedereen kan 's avond lekker op de bank zitten. Wij vonden de bankjes in de keuken wel praktisch. De opgeving was top, goed vermaakt met skien, sleetje rijden in Winterberg en Willingen. Ook nog 2 tal indoor speeltuinen bezocht.

Schöne Unterkunft, aber ĂŒberteuert!

Die Unterkunft war fĂŒr unsere große Gruppe angemessen! Der Grillplatz und Garten war sehr schön und die SpielplĂ€tze in der NĂ€he super fĂŒr die Kinder. Die Übergabe und Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Leider ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt, das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Möbel mĂŒssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Matratzen waren sehr durch gelegen.
