Doesn't play well with Expedia. I had a confirmed reservation for a prepaid room which they said never happened on their end and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes of lots of phone calls, failed Expedia virtual credit cards , suggestions from the hotel that I would have to be relocated despite the fact that they had plenty of rooms and lots of business through Expedia. The room was fine once I got it and if I hadn't lost so much time in the lobby, I might even be able to talk about the amenities. I do hope you post this review so I don't have the need to disparage them through other channels since their major problem was not being able to work with Expedia

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was good. The breakfast was excellent. The location is terrific. The price was reasonable. I heard that they will become a Marriott soon. I'm sad because the price will probably rise.

Staff and hotel appearance is very nice. Only thing was that our rooms light went out suddenly for a couple of minutes, but was fixed rather quickly. Breakfast was good.

Once you get past the plastic utensils, and the Styrofoam plates, the breakfast was decent the choices were relatively typical of what you have at most breakfast offerings. There was a foul odor in the room, There was a slight inconvenience of only one functioning elevator. The Hotel had no restaurant or bar available during the day or evening.
