Good location for tourists - hotel average.

We stayed 3 nights from 23 to 26 Jul 2015. Our welcome was not the most friendly - however i noted that new staff were in training so that may have contributed. With more interaction i noted the mature members of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Also the man on night duty was very friendly and helpful.The hotel is located close to the peatonal so good for tourists as plenty of options for eating and shopping. We stayed in room 105 - which has no view of anything!. Room was very small, bed comfortable and shower good. Has a safety deposit box at no extra cost. All clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast very basic cereals, medialunas and cafe ´común´.

Mal comienzo reserve el hotel y me mandaron a otro

Me cambiaron de Hotel sin previo aviso . Si bien estaba cerca tuve que caminar con el equipaje hasta otro hotel, la verdad no pude saber cómo era el que contraté en mi reserva . Esto me puso de muy mal humor.

La verdad es que leí comentarios antes de reservar pero el nivel fue regular a malo. La atención administrativa es normal, el desayuno muy pobre, sin comunicación entre la habitación y la recepción, el baño deja mucho que desear. Precio alto pero mala calidad. No lo recomiendo más que para comodidad cerca del centro. Esperaba mucho más.

Opinión

La atención en la recepción variaba según quien estaba, las habitaciones no son como en las fotos, no hay heladera dentro de la habitaciones ni minibar, el precio que te dicen en línea es uno y cuando llegas al hotel es otro, no se puede pagar en cuotas, en mi habitación no había teléfono para llamar a la recepción, el secador de pelo estaba roto, la tele era vieja ni siquiera era pantalla plana y en mi opinión el precio era muy elevado para lo que es el hotel en general. Si tengo que rescatar algo es que el desayuno está muy bueno y variado, la cama es bastante cómoda, la ubicación del hotel es exelente...y hay un pibe en la recepción que era muy atento creo que se llamaba Luciano . En general me voy disconforme .

Fue engorrosa y complicada la comunicación con el hotel previa a mi llegada, no me contestaban mis mensajes en la pagina de Hotels.com El telefono que figura: no corresponde, tuve que buscar otro por la web. . cuando logré hablar me dijeron que enviara un mail, pero la dirección de mail que me dieron venía rebotada. Llame 5 veces para que por ultimo me contestaran por un whatsapp a mi pregunta de si el late check out tenia cargo o no. Sin embargo, las recepcionistas fueron de lo mas amábles y solícitas. Resolvieron todo e hicieron la estadía muy aceptable y recomendable. OTRO punto es que en la pagina dice que tiene estacionamiento, pero luego la reserva no lo aclara y en definitiva el hotel NO incluye estacionamiento. OJO porque es un costo que hay que tener en cuenta, es centro de la ciudad y no hay lugar seguro en la calle. hay que pagar estacionamiento.

Bueno para pasar una o dos noches en el centro

Hotel lindo con buena ubicación. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tiene estacionamiento por lo que ir en auto es un problema. La ducha es muy pequeña. El desayuno muy bueno y la limpieza también.

En zona popular de Mar del Plata

En términos generales la estadía fue buena sin embargo, si deben dejar cosas de valor en la habitación, el hotel no cuenta con la llave de la caja fuerte (al menos donde nos hospedamos). Este inconveniente no fue resuelto durante nuestra visita.

Modesto pero cálido

Hotel modesto en instalaciones pero con una increíble calidad humana. En general el precio es justo por lo que uno recibe. El mayor inconveniente es que el restaurante solo sirve desayuno. Y tuvimos inconvenientes al llegar porque su sistema no reconoció la reservación pero lo solucionaron ahí mismo.

Un poco disconforme con Hoteles.com

Realmente fue una buena estadía, el inconveniente de este hotel es que se maneja solo con efectivo, ademas en mi cuarto jamas tuve wifi, tenia que bajar al loby, estaba en el 4to piso y nunca aparecio la señal. Para rematarla, me dicen que mi reserva era `por Expedia y no por Hoteles.com, y la reserva me la cobraron en dolares en mi tarjeta, cuando otras veces fue en pesos, ademas de tributar el 35% resolucion afip.

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación, tanto para plan turístico como de negocios. Óptimo desayuno. Todo tipo de comercios en los alrededores, bancos, teatros, supermercados y shopping a pocas cuadras. Dos cuadras del mar y del Casino. Medios de transporte público y parada de taxis.

No lo recomendaría nunca.

Habitación pequeña, sobre-calefaccionada, ventilador de techo, muebles viejos, baño en pésimas condiciones, "televisor" color (pre-histórico). Desayuno básico, jugo de naranja artificial, mala atención y presencia del personal del comedor. Buena predisposición del personal de recepción, que no alcanza a compensar la la incomodidad. No puede considerarse un 4 Estrellas, una 1/2 con generosidad.
