This hotel has nice big rooms, with balconies, and a desk if you need to do business. The staff is great. Could use some fresh paint and new carpeting in the halls, but overall a great deal. Lots of good restaruants irght outside the door.

Picasso is great value for money and one of my favorite places to stay in Manila -- super spacious rooms, beautiful interior decor, comfy bed (my room had an extra bonus since it had a bathtub which is rare in Manila). Staff were very efficient and accommodating, hotel restaurant, Pablo, a bit pricey but food and ambience are very nice. I appreciate that this is one of the only hotels I have been to in years that takes eco-friendliness seriously -- most hotels only give lip service to eco-friendliness and yet change the towels every day (even if you don't put them on the floor) and replace your disposable toothbrush every day (even if you put it in a glass) -- Picasso not only left my hotel-supplied disposable charcoal toothbrush for me to re-use for 4 days, but they even left the toothpaste (which was in a paper wrapper and I was able to use 3 times). I highly recommend this hotel.

Wish I wasn’t left undressed in the bathroom as the house keeping staff forgot to leave any towels. It took far longer to get these via reception. Otherwise everything was excellent.
