It’s like staying in a 5 star hotel but better, as you have all the aesthetics and amenities of a hotel and the comforts of home as well!
The shopping mall is just a stone’s throw away in this newest building in Eastwood City, the Eastwood Global Plaza! So come and experience THE life and stay with us! The building wants to maintain exclusivity so the building won’t be congested with guests .
They have amended the rules last Dec.19 and is requiring a guest registration fee of P250 per guest . Only guests that are 7 years old and below are exempted from this fee.
Regarding the use of the facilities , as we have 3 swimming pools , a sauna and gym overlooking the city , the building has a P500 per day fee to use the said amenities . This building imposes a P2500 pet fee as well.
These fees are required by the building. The guest registration fees and pet fees are paid prior to check in to the host so it can be forwarded to the building admin to ensure a smooth check in . The building can issue a receipt for the said fees upon request.
