The hotel is in a bad area, not safe to walk around outside. Staff was rude, not very accommodating. Room stinks of mold. Mattress was so thin, it was terrible. Bathroom was gross. We left within 15 minutes of checking in.

Not good at all. Zero communication.

Compared other Php 2000 hotel this is very bad. Being near the airport makes people want to book this thinking this is a descent hotel from hotels.com. No communication at all. Only allowed to contact hotel once booked but, provided number is unable to be reached. Emailed 3 days prior to stay but no response regarding request for laguage. Even support team is unable to reach this establishment. Had 5 laguages placed us at 3rd floor via stairs.
