The variety at breakfast. Cleaning staff were great and able to clean our room earlier than expected. Only request is that you provide free shuttle ride to the Mall of Asia and back. Most other hotels provide the free service. Taxi's do charge a different rate and not sure why it vary from taxi to taxi if going the same distance/place.

The check-in was very convenient and fast, it is close to the mall and easy to go to places. I just wish they can provide a free breakfast in the future. All in all it was a great stay and everyone is well rested.

The facilities are poor. The main issue I had was the soundproofing of the rooms from the outside noise. I was in the fourth floor and I could hear people talking on the streets. Let’s just say, I didn’t get a lot of sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staffs were very accommodating, and the room was spacious. However, the shower was clogged, causing water to spill over into the toilet area. The food also needs improvement.

The host staff for the breakfast was flat out lazy. We were sat in a high traffic area table and despite asking immediately not to sit there, the host says “We’re all full.” Half the tables were empty, there was no line outside, and they don’t take call ahead or reservations. She didn’t even bother to look before saying no. The rest of the experience was good especially the room but having to sit in a high traffic area -and even getting bumped a few times - soured my experience at this hotel.
