Room smelt damp and there was a large amount of condensation on the windows. The windows couldn't be opened to help air the room and so the carpet in front of the windows had begun to mould in places. The bathroom shower tray and enclosure had also started to mould. The breakfast selection was average but there was plenty of space when we arrived. The parking at the hotel is extremely limited but there is public parking a relatively short walk away from the hotel. This public parking is significantly cheaper than parking at the hotel.

Absolutely awful stay. Didnt sleep at all from 2am onwards there was an alarm going on constant till the morning. Told wed get a refund because the staff said they could hear it and it wasnt fair but havent heard anything about the refund after various emails. Would never stay there again

Hotel room ok. Had to pay £30 on arrival. Hotel refunded £28 on leaving. Still not sure what the £2 was for?? Breakfast long queue which delayed our day. Spent 30 mins waiting to enter the breakfast area. Not great as I’m disabled. Unlikely to go back

Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good and the late (after 11pm) pizza availability etc is an excellent and much appreciated service by the hotel. We had a great stay, beds are very comfortable. I will stay again.
