For a $180 "luxury" suite, this was a very disappointing experience. The listing said that there was a fridge. There was not a fridge, but rather a huge empty space where a full size fridge should be. There were dead bugs on the kitchen counter. No soap in the kitchen, no toilet paper in one bathroom. Mice squeaking in the walls kept us up most of the night. We chose to stay here because we needed a space with two bedrooms for our family. If that is you, I highly recommend booking literally anywhere else in Granada. We would give them one star if it weren't for the friendly staff and location.

This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can ro make tour stay pleasant, when it comes to coping with the 90+ deg heat and high humidity (this was inay) you are on your own!

The facility is pleasant and fooms are spacious. We had an issue with noises not allowing for good sleep. Gos barking non stop sounded like from the next room but probably a neighbor. Also motorcycles.

Low key luxury in Grenada.

Massive room was excellent with comfortable King bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and guest toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast of coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, toast, and gallo pinto. Very quiet and private property. Loved having the pool to jump into as the sun was setting to cool off after a hot day. Visited at the end of April, so not in busy season.

After doing some research, this is the nicest hotel in the area. High rise chain hotels do not exist in this region. It was a very nice hotel
