Room was not ready until almost 8pm. Check in was supposedly at 4pm. Resort fee I thought was waived per Orbitz booking as VIP perks but accdg to the receptionist they have stopped that like 5 months ago. Also, aside from the trash from the previous occupant that welcomed us by the door, can’t complain about the cleanliness and the amenities of the inside of the room, it was I would say really nice place and they used good toiletry products and had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

They advertised different opening times for their various restaurants and bars. When we arrived, they informed us everything was open Thursday through Sunday, and we were staying Tuesday through Thursday. Which is fine but we wanted a staycation and would have booked somewhere else for convenient food and drink. They advertised different hours for amenities than what their actual hours were. Most people go skiing so that shouldn't be a problem but we had to venture off site for food and drinks the whole time and every other hotel seemed to be open for food and drinks. Also one of our pillow cases had a blood stain on it which was kinda gross. The front desk lady was kinda indifferent to the hours of the restaurants and bars. If i knew they were gonna be closed we would have stayed somewhere else. Everything else was fine though, just not what we expected. If we had access to amenities andno blood it would have been a 3-4 star review.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice outdoor layout and multiple food options next to the hotel. Beautiful fireplace in the hotel lobby with ample sitting to enjoy this area. My only gripe with the state of the room was that bathroom can make use of some refresh as there was no fan or a single hook inside the room. Otherwise, good hotel to stay while in Mammoth.

This is the best hotel that I've been to in the last couple years. I travel a lot and everything about this place was immaculate. Even the bathroom floors were heated. They had a wonderful lodge with very large rooms that included a full kitchen. I had a full closet with multiple dressers. I loved this place so much and I will be going back for many years to come. It is very close to about 20 different lakes that all look so beautiful that they look unreal. The mountain range is around it are those of story books.

5 stars for everything! Was just perfect! We had a free room upgrade. The room was huge!!! I love the big bathroom space for a hotel. We brought our fur baby and I love that they're very accommodating with dogs. There was a doggie station in the lobby. Would stay again in the future!
