Average stay, avoid Mondays.

There's additional heritage and city tax charges which weren't mentioned in the listing. The check-in process took a long time (the booking was done through third party? Cause it didn't show as hotels.com in their system). Staff were friendly. However, do not visit on Mondays as the walking street is closed and there's not much around otherwise. Room had a musty smell.

Just for overnite trip is fine, very poor sound proof, poor arrangement. No hook in the bathroom and wet after bath. Poor cleanning n bad odour.

Boutique hotel that requires touch up

The overall experience here is not as expected as the photo showed but still considered acceptable. The rooms are pretty worn out and aged, some touch up would be great. Also, for those with noise concerns, this is not a recommended place as the sound proofing within the room is poor, we could easily hear people passing by walking and talking. There is not much privacy as well as any chit chats inside the room is easily listened from the corridors.

Not so good staff and rooms

The stay at Swiss Heritage was unpleasant due to rude staff attending to us. Not only there was shortage of breakfast but we had to wait for sometime before the food was replenished. No one from the staff had courtesy to inform us to wait. On top of that mosquitoes were in some rooms which we booked. Although the location is just next door to Jonker Street, insufficient parking is a havoc. We also couldnā€™t get Grab or taxis due to congestions near the hotel area.

Very good location, has a back entrance straight to Jonker Walk. Near bus pick up point as well. The housekeeping is timely, and check in/ reception counter is always very helpful

Overall I enjoyed staying. Very near to most of Malacca attraction, within walking distance. However the food around the area is over rated. I managed to find much better food by Grab.

Cozy and Good location.

The hotel was nice and cozy. The Toilet tiles were dirty with black stains. Good location as Its few min walk from Jonker Street. The breakfast was okay.
