I don’t understand why we were charged for four in the buffet. It might have been Orbitz. Our five week old nurses. Our toddler only eats mushy food. Place is crowded but pretty clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is a bit crowded with kids and suitcases. Close to airport. Shuttle service was awesome. Not sure if the place was worth 200+ especially with the pool and back patio shut down

The check in process was smooth. The hotel was clean and in a convenient area close to the airport. They had a bar and restaurant and a buffet breakfast with plenty of options. And to top all that free airport shuttle service at check out

Last night people next door were banging in the walls and even came slamming in my door. I told staff and they said they didn’t see anything and said there was no one. Why lie when they have cameras that could see the entire hall. Seems, like they didn’t want to go deal with the noise people.

The hotel was very clean, including our room. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a very nice supper at the hotel. We also had the buffet breakfast there. It was well stocked and fresh. It was a very convenient stay as we flew in one day and flew out the next. All of the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and courteous. We only speak English, and all of the staff did as well. We are very appreciative of that!! We would stay there again.
