Carpet old and dirty. We had an incident when the staff responsible for cleaning tried to open our room door so violently that they broke the safety chain while we were inside the room. I reported it to the hotel staff and they apologized and sent us a plate of fruits and plate of chocolate. The staff were very kind. The concierge service was very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety but the food itself was subpar. Location was ok
