The hotel is extremely clean, bed linen and towels are changed daily. The breakfast is fantastic, there is plenty of everything. During the day, guests have free fruits, yogurt, beer, juices and coffee. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. One bus takes you to the city center.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. Only issue we had was exiting the parking lot. We scraped our car. The front desk staff did warn us about the tight parking but there was no other alternative

Review for Artiem Madrid Hotel I can’t say enough about this place—everything was excellent! The rooms were spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I loved the eco-friendly touches. The location is ideal with easy parking, not too close yet not too far from both downtown and the airport. My favorite part was the free bar and food court—such a unique and generous perk. Truly a 10-star experience!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and it was the best decision ever. It is 6 minutes walking distance to a metro station. Hotel has a free snack bar, that includes finger foods, desserts, sodas, beer and wine! Great added amenity! Hotel is new and rooms are spacious as well as bathrooms. Has a gym as well. Would stay here again.

Great Eco-friendly stay

Everything was great except for the construction right next to the room. The drilling shook the room. It was only for a short time after check-in thank goodness. Outside of that, I really enjoyed my stay.
