Clean and quiet

Clean rooms, polite office staff. A chemical smell from the cleaning, just aired room out for 10 mins. Since i do have a chemical allergy. Very quiet too. Cable and all appliences worked fine. Would stay again

Staff is super nice and accommodating - gave me a room in the back and I was able to get a parking right in front of the room. Not super clean or in very good condition but it's kinda expected for a cheap motel. One note for cat parent, all three sides of the bed have access to under bed space, and it's obviously not clean there, so it might be an issue if your fur baby likes to hide.

I was informed 9pm the night before our vacation was to start thatvour reservations were canceled by Oyo. I called to figure outvwhatcwas going on. I was charged thecroom although i am not the one that canceled, they were! Reserved another room and 5 minutes later was informed itcwas canceled. They said unforseen circumstances. Never explained what circumstances, charged my card for both reservations and now i have to wait 7 days to get my refunds. Vacation was ruined, thanks for nothing. Also, i couldn't understand what they were saying as ther were trying to reassure me i would get a refund. They cared nothing about ruining our Labor day plans. Took over money out of my account that i had to live with out. Thankfully i was able to find another motel close by that was awesome. Cheaper room and had a pool and free breakfast. Forget OYO, go to Econolodge in Madras, Oregon! You'll be happier!

I know this property has low rates, but the ratings said it was clean so I took a chance and was disappointed. First, we were on vacation traveling with 3 kids, so needed three beds and when we got there the room with three beds was not able to be used since the A/C went out and it was over 100 degrees that day. Had to take a room with two beds and wasn't really offered another option or any kind of discount. The room was dirtier than expected. I grew up in cheap motels, but this really does need a better cleaning job and some fixes. Again, you get what you pay for, but not a good experience.
