En effet, mon mari a fait un choc anaphylactique consĂ©cutif Ă  une piqure d'insecte, a Ă©tĂ© transfĂ©rĂ© aux urgences de Valence dans la DrĂŽme et n'est sorti qu'hier, lundi 2 juin en dĂ©but d'aprĂšs midi. La rĂ©ception de l'hĂŽtel m'a dit devoir dĂ©biter la nuit du 30 au 31 mai. Je ne conteste pas ce dĂ©bit, mĂȘme si les circonstances d'annulation sont totalement indĂ©pendantes de notre volontĂ©. Toutefois pourrions nous espĂ©rer un geste commercial sur nos prochaines rĂ©servations dans le groupe Mercure ? Dans l'attente d'une rĂ©ponse veuillez agrĂ©er nos sincĂšres salutations.

I pitty who goes in the summer...

In general, itÂŽs a good hotel, not exactly walking distance from main attractions but close enough by Metro (4 stops). The installations are not so great, I would expect much better from a Mercure Hotel, NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL, I complained about it and they said there was nothing they could do, we had to sleep with the open window, dealing with the noise of the streets. Aside from that, good breakfast and a good enough parking.

Prestations a désirer

Plusieurs choses nous ont laissĂ©s un gout amer a savoir : le manque de places de stationnement interne a l'hĂŽtel , premier arrivĂ© premier servi ( pas de possibilitĂ© de rĂ©servation a l'avance) d'autant que dans les environs les places libres Ă©taient inexistantes . Dans les chambres un frigo totalement vide , mĂȘme pas une petite bouteille d'eau et dans la salle de bain absence totale de tout produits corporelles hormis flacons de gel douche. A part quelques cintres aucuns rangements possibles pour les vĂȘtements .
