Perfect location with great transport options. Apartment was clean and in a safe area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable. Fantastic wrap around balcony with fantastic views. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in Lyon

Apartment holiday

We had a really good visit to Lyon and enjoyed staying at this modern and clean apartment. The only complaint I had was that the location was wrong on the Vrbo app and we found ourselves waiting about 6 streets away for the location manager. Right around the corner is great access to the trams (which connect to the Metro and gets you easily around the city)

A very large modern apartment with a fantastic view of the Rhône and La Basilica of Notre Dame de Fouviere. We were lucky enough to stay there for Bastille Day and see the fireworks from the Basilica. The included parking was a plus!

The apartment is modern and beautiful with an amazing view and is located in a good area, close to public transportation and not too far from Vieux Lyon. That said, it wasn't very comfortable to stay in. It had no air conditioning and no fans. We had to open the windows so we could get enough of a breeze to sleep at night, but there were no screens so we got eaten alive by mosquitos. There is also no freezer, which would have been nice in the middle of summer. Communication with the host and the person that showed us the apartment was fine, but not overly helpful. There was no welcome book, no wi-fi and check-out instructions, so we had to contact the host to get that info. And the front door lock is a bit of a pain as others have mentioned.

Un hébergement exceptionnel

En famille pour un grand week-end, nous avons profité de l'espace et le confort exceptionnels de cet appartement situé dans le quartier de confluence. Une personne nous a accueillis à l'heure très tardive de notre arrivée, ce qui était très appréciable. Parking au sous-sol, équipements du logement, proximité des transports en commun, commerces et musée des confluences. Tout était en place pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Je recommande cet appartement !

Keys and access and address info need tighteningHost friendly Very nice apartment with good feel and beautifully situated but following will benefit for groups families staying longer clothes hanging rail around 7 to 8 foot off ground could not reach, to hang clothes, bedside tables in rooms so don’t have to put things on floor a few tables to put lap top and check plugs in spaces can use plug in computers and lids for pans For us an ice box or ice maker or freezer compartment would help. Overall very nice but just a little more thought to some practical stuff. Happy to recommend to others

Modern and Clean

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable - although one of the beds was more or less a futon. The location is not in the most interesting part of town, but is near light rail lines. The parking space was a big plus. Communication with the owner was not as timely or easy as I wished and figuring out the locks was challenging, but we made it work.

A great city

Our main problem was gaining access both to the building and the apartment. It was difficult to get into building a waitress from the restaurant eventually let us in. The apartment door was very fiddly to open and usually took several attempts. Overall a good apartment in an up and coming area.

Nice and modern apartment

Spacious 3 BR apartment w amazing views and convenient parking space in garage.Access/entry process through main doors was incorrect and the only way to get inside the was with the help of another tenant. The video to unlock the apartment door was wrong but Julien clarified the correct approach immediately.

Very pleasant apartment

Lovely apartment. Plenty of room and very comfortable.Neighbourhood is nice and quiet and convenient to the trams T1 and T2 and also bus routes.Communication from the manager could have been better; more prompt, more clear and more reassuring.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien agencé et très bien décoré . Literie au top ! La vue sur Lyon est magnifique du 13 ème étage. Possibilité d’aller à pied dans le vieux Lyon si on aime marcher un peu.
