They sold my room!!!

I had prepaid for a night at this hotel in February 2025 so I would be assured of a room to attend the Womens Conference in Lynchburg. They sold my room to someone else!!!!! I had to get a room from Econolodge and pay $364.00 for the night instead of the $103 that I had already paid. The manager lied and said that he had no record of my paying in advance. However, when I called the hotel a few days later he admitted that his computer did have my reservation . This ruined my trip!!!!!!!!!!!

Moldy rooms first time i stayed didnt have to have a deposit second time had to have a 50$ deposit. Had to change rooms the first room had blood on the sheets the second room had a hole in the bathroom ceiling still leaking and mold everywhere

The room needed a lot of repairs - the curtain rod was not secured to the ceiling - the towel rack in the bathroom was missing - the toilet was running - the tub faucet was dripping. There was no hair dryer. The breakfast was limited to waffles, sugary cereal, bread, eggs and sausage. Unfortunately, the supply of food was not adequate for all attending guests and I was not able to compete with the hungry men who filled their plates and left mine dry. This was without a doubt, the worst stay of my life. However, I did enjoy the bed - it was very comfortable.

First room wasnt clean so i had to be switched. 2nd room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of smoke. 2nd key card didnt work even after asking it to be fixed. No cold water.

The first room provided was absolutely trashed and not cleaned at all. Trash and broken furniture. Ended up getting moved to 3 rooms, got locked out of the room 3 times and the electricity was out the next day. Overall an extremely poor experience and requesting a full refund.
