Every thing was great except the room was too hot for sleeping. Arrived in January and only the heat works. There was no way to cool down the room. The temperature was 78 degrees in the room. The room temp was very uncomfortable.

We made these reservations more than 6 months ago. After driving 25 hours the front desk attendant tell sme.that i am booked for 3 nights but i know that my reservation is booked for 3 nughts . He hosnetly has ni clue and after several phone calls i hear...oh this is one of those...what exactly that meant was never truly explained. Then he says, well you can stay i. Your room for 2 nights and then we will have to move you. I.asked this heartless front desk person if there was any way that we could just stay in one room the entire stay given the brevity of our stay and that it was new years day when the change in room was suppose to happen. There was never an ounce of empathy , it n was like speaking to ROBOT. I believe his name was Jared. After complete torture foe over and hour . I finally speak to management who immediacy allows us to stay in our original room for the entirety of our stay. I felt like my time was wasted and i had to endure aggravation foe NO reason other than a front desk staff that was completely incompetent and wantedb to act like he was in charge, although he clearly had no clue . He did not.reach out management immediate.

Next day staff was wonderful. I left some earrings on the dresser and didn’t realize it until I was already in central Florida. Knowing I was too far just dismissed it but when housekeeping told the front desk she called me. So thoughtful and meant the world to me. Truly appreciate that type of kindness and service.
