The unit was difficult to find in the dark the night of our arrival because signage on the immediate road was obscure. Once inside, the coat rack in the entrance hallway fell off the wall. Before we left home, we asked if there was a coffee maker. The agent told us there was a Cisinart drip and a k cup maker. So we brought kcups. The next morning, we discovered that the kcup maker did not work, so I had to find an open market to buy ground coffee. I spoke to the property manager, and she promised that someone would deliver a kcup maker. That afternoon, the management person brought a Mr Coffee drip model, not a kcup machine. Another problem is there were no inb in structions on how to operate the thermostats. I had to figure that out by trial and error (emphasis on error). At night, when the heat came on, the pipes clicked and clanked loudly and incessantly. The tv required two remotes, one of which was in plain view on the credenza. The other one turned out to be in a drawer that we found only on the last night. In structions would have been helpful. The stairs from the parking area to the front door were illuminated at nigh by light triggered by a motion detector. It only worked if you approached the stairs from the parking lot. It did not work if you left the unit and went down the stairs (in the dark) until you got to the lot.
