Welcome to Viva The Matador! This newly renovated home is unique and fun with its 4 bedroom, 2 bath fully stocked kitchen a game area and 2 living spaces. The centrally-located home is minutes from Texas Tech as well as all areas south and west! This property has a 65" smart TV in the living room as well as 55" TV in the main bedroom.
This festive home has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms containing 2 sinks each. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom has a trundle with 2 twin beds. Additionally, it offers a twin sofa sleeper on the porch and a rollaway. Each room has super comfortable mattresses, sheets and pillows. Each room has a dresser, chair and luggage table.
Both bathrooms have double sinks and are fully stocked with linens. One bath is a shower/bath combo and the other is a large walk-in shower. There is ample closet space in all bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, Keurig and microwave. There is a convenient laundry room with washer/dryer. There are 2 dinning areas, with one table in the dinning room and one in the kitchen.
The enclosed porch is a perfect nook for family game night with a unique felt game table.
Plenty of parking is available in the garage, driveway and street.
The wonderfully shaded backyard is a perfect place for outdoor cookouts. The backyard has a large circle of chairs for gathering!
The property has a keyless entry for easy access to the home.

Very easy to book, good communication with manager. Clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, nice big living room so all could hang out, nice big TV's, house had capability of always having comfortable temperatures, plenty of bath towels & paper products, nice barbecue grill, good location & close to many restaurants.
