The Space:

Renovated in 2021, this expansive east Louisville home combines comfort, entertainment, and luxury. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a cozy mountain lodge vibe, featuring custom stone and woodwork, a large wrap-around bar with mini fridge, wet bar, TV, and margarita machine—perfect for entertaining.

The main living area boasts two 70” smart TVs and high-end furnishings. The dining table seats 8–10, with additional bar seating nearby. A custom-built kitchen includes everything you need for preparing meals.

Enjoy movie nights in the dedicated theater room complete with a popcorn machine (popcorn not provided).

The home is adjacent to Persimmon Ridge, a private club. While you may enjoy the clubhouse restaurant, do not access the golf course or practice areas. Unauthorized use is considered trespassing and will be prosecuted. Persimmon Ridge is a private country club and they are very serious about this rule!

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.
