The staff are very nice. The room and the property are very clean. Due to allergies, we are very happy that pets are not allowed. Keep up the good work.

We have stayed here before, and have always liked this property. The staff are very nice, the property is very clean, and the location works very well for us.
The lobby and room were very clean. Interacted with several staff who were pretty friendly. Breakfast was adequate -- good waffles!
There was something large going on and there was no rooms to be found anywhere. The beds had more than just that super thin blankets on them. Made them feel extra comfy. We had 2 rooms the one was smaller than other, but both were clean and comfortable. We were just passing through and needed a couple of hours sleep before continuing our drive. For breakfast they did have 2 kinds of waffles, strawberry and regular.
Check-in took forever but eventually got it straightened out. Hotel was decent, breakfast was there but lacking

The property was clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. I could tell they take pride in their property.
Hotel was ok but eggs at breakfast were terrible. Texture and taste made me think thet had been cooked in China and then shipped to US. Unfortunately, I will always associate my visit with the inedible eggs.
Quiet and clean! Easy check in and out and the staff was very friendly! We slept through breakfast so I can't rate that :)
The only thing is the internet connection was poor!

Good experience. Continental breakfast was just OK, nothing special. Location was next to several great restaurants and just off the interstate; however, did not hear any traffic noise.
Other than having to move rooms, due to water gushing out of the bathroom light, our experience was great!!!!
Upon arrival, waited at front desk for 20 minutes with nobody around. Finally picked up the desk phone and hit 0. A guy answered and said he was programming a tv remote and would be with us after he was done. (Tall skinny male) We arrived late and I told him the kids were anxious to get into the waterpark for a while before it closed. We waited another 10 minutes and he finally showed up. we were not the onlyones waiting. We were secong in line so it took about 40 minutes to finally get checked in and on our way to a room. Waterpark had a good mix of age appropriate areas to accomidate all of the kids in our group. Room was nice with fridge and microwave. Room key would not work at one point and I had two toddlers in my group, one asleep on my shoulder. I called front desk from peoples room across hall on third floor and asked them to bring me another key. They informed me they could not leave the desk. I told them I know that was not true because I waited so long upon check-in because they left the front desk. I had to find someone to go get a key from desk for me. (Same tall skinny male) Nice hotel, waterpark good, but specific staf member needs customer service training. Thank you.
