This wasn’t the actual property we stayed at as it needed to be switched last minute. But Bobby was very accommodating and it was no hassle at all. The place we stayed was beautiful and perfect for our 7 people. Would definitely stay again if we come back to LA

Will definitely rebook!

The photos really don’t do this place justice, It’s so beautiful and homey. 25 minutes from Hollywood and Malibu. It rained the entire time and we still had a blast staying in, playing games, ordering in, and cooking. I can’t wait for my family to come back into town because I will definitely be rebooking. Thanks again!

Long weekend well spent!!!

Its such a beautiful house, well maintained and the owner (Bobby) is awesome!! He was available whenever we needed some help or had doubts. Both our kids enjoyed the pool to the fullest. Bobby came over to ensure the pool heating was working fine and the jacuzzi is operational. All the things you need from a nice vacation house...they are there. We absolutely loved it and definitely will be back when we visit this part.

This location was awesome for our family. Taking our adult children and their people for a family reunion to the Los Angeles area and staying at this house worked out perfectly for us. The swimming pool and pool table kept us all entertained in between family get together’s. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Last minute trip to Los Angeles with my parents for a funeral. So a spacious and comfortable home was much needed. The host Bobby was always available and responded within minutes. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Will most definitely stay again. Thanks Bobby for sharing your home with us!

Worth Every Penny!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It is my new favorite VRBO in Malibu, and I will definitely stay here again. Accessible to tons of activities and sights. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were spotless. The master bedroom and the master bathroom are beyond words. We felt like celebrities. The house is unassuming when you see it from the outside, but it is massive on the inside, extremely spacious, and well kept with updated technology to make the stay even better. The pool is the biggest pool I have seen at a home and it was clean and well maintained. The outdoor areas are beautifully arranged and relaxing, and the fences and greenery provide optimal privacy during your stay. The neighbors were quiet and the area around the house is beautiful as well. There is a pool table and poker table as well as a number of other games. I would 100% recommend this house for a vacation to stay in and enjoy the plentiful amenities of the home or venture out and explore the surrounding areas. Thank you, Bobby! You made my sister’s birthday weekend an unforgettable one!

Excellent Stay

We were a group of 7 and stayed here for the July 4th trip. Quiet place to come back to every day after exploring Malibu. The pool and lounge area are great for an evening BBQ.

Fabulous home and stay!

We just checked out of this beautiful property. We came for the Rose bowl parade and game. It was a little bit of a drive to Pasadena from Woodland Hills but worth it to us to stay at a nicer home, area and to be further away from all the traffic from the game. The house is very spacious. The amenities very nice. I really enjoyed that massive tub after being gone for 14 hours to the parade/game! The outside area and pool are gorgeous. It was in the 50’s during our stay and the pool wasn’t heated so we didn’t use the pool but rent this place in another season and that will be amazing to use. A hot tub would be a great addition to this rental to be used year round! The side of the house is lined with different orange trees… so pretty! We found some that fell and made fresh squeezed orange juice and it was the best orange juice I’ve had in my life! The garage has been converted into an entertainment area.. pool table etc. a really great space. 8 total of us stayed very comfortably at this house and all said we’d love to rent this place again. Bobby was great to work with, very kind and accommodating to work with. Thank you for the fabulous house! Such a great listing! Woodland Hills is a great area! We will be back!
