Horrible check in. They wouldn’t let me check in without my husband even though I had the confirmation email and showed them everything in the app where I’d booked it. Front desk staff just kept saying no and wouldn’t help me figure out what to do at all. Just wanted me to move aside so he could help other people. Finally a manager got involved.
