Had a nice stay with an incredible view of the LAX runway. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I could hear the planes but it didn’t interrupt my sleep. Looking forward to staying here again.

I had an issue with something and the manager was extremely rude and refused to make things right Hot tub wasn’t working and everyday they would tell me it’s fixed and I’d get in and it wouldn’t be hot so I’d have to get out Water pressure in shower was very weak but after initial incident I didn’t even bother complaining as I already felt uncomfortable Anytime I requested something to my room Waters, towels, etc it would never arrive unless I called back a second or third time Will never stay there again

This used to be a very nice property. Now it feels run down. The staff appears bored and unprofessional. The biggest downside is no room service of any kind. You can't even get a pot of coffee delivered in the morning. There's only a cheesy little coffee maker in the room, two pods of bad coffee, and two paper cups. And no bottled water. About what you'd expect at Motel 6 or a Super 8. But this is a Westin. I won't be back.
