The staff is absolutely stellar. Each and every person I dealt with was helpful and so nice. The room's decor, furnishings and finishes are updated and the shower is a dream. It's quiet and accessible to all conveniences. I will definitely be back.

Although the room was relatively clean, some furniture was quite dated and there was no tissue box. But the bed was terribly hard, we were extremely uncomfortable. And then there was the constant thumping from the floor above us! It sounded like some kid was running back and forth intermittently for over 2 hours till past midnight and then again starting at 7:40 in the morning. Also sounded like an adult was dropping heavy objects on the floor. We complained to the front desk twice but the noise didn't let up.

The receptionist, a lady seems cold (not very welcoming) to customer. The room, is just okay. The bathroom when I open the door there was that smell like a cockroach. i didn't see any cockroach though. Maybe it's coming from the vent. The king size bed, is sitting on top of a wooden frame which is a lot wider than the bed. Seems like it came from a garage sale. The desk is also old. The room don't have a closet. It only have a portable clothes rack. It has small refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee pot but no supply. No tissue to use. The next day, we went out. when we came back, I can't open the door with the card key. With my hand full, I have to go the office and they give me another card. When I went in, I'm expecting the room was fix by the room attendant. The only thing done was they replaced the towels that's it. They didn't leave extra toilet paper, nor paper cup. I have to go down and request for it. The only good thing about this place, is outside the parking area I didn't see any homeless loitering around.

The room was in terrible condition. The carpet was filthy, the curtains were stained, and the sheets even had cigarette burns. The room also had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and the walls were dirty. The photos online look nothing like the real place. The condition of the room was so bad that we didn’t even stay the night — we left as soon as we saw it. The whole experience was unacceptable.

Things that were bad: The woman who checked me was too busy singing along to a Christmas video blasting on the computer to acknowledge me or speak to me. No USB ports in the room. No Kleenex in the room. There was a microwave but it wasn’t plugged in and the cord didn’t reach the outlet. The floors were FILTHY. My socks were ruined. You can tell they just vacuum the hard floor and don’t mop. First morning front desk didn’t answer so I went down and there was no one there. I hit the bell. Still nothing. Hit the bell harder, someone finally came out.
