I stay at this location often for work. Always clean and has friendly staff. Easy check in. They also have a nice bistro . Its worth the extra money vs some of the other motels in the area. Also good location right off the freeway. There is a shopping center and restaurants right across the street within walking distance.
I loved my stay here everything was clean and fresh and very welcoming
Cute no frills room that was nicely furnished. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. The room had a little balcony that sadly overlooked the Foothill freeway. Plenty of self parking, but no valet. Location is great along restaurant row and great freeway access.
I stay here any time I come down to L.A. I love the convenience off the freeway, the many choices for dining close by and the overall quality of the hotel itself.
Very clean and quiet. Will stay and recommend this Hotel.😀
Great experience, only issue was our key did not unlock the hotel front door. However there was a staff member who let us in within minutes.
My favorite place to stay in Monrovia. Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located just off the freeway. Well kept and staff is always friendly.
It was very clean and very calm. I enjoyed the room and housekeeping was awesome. Security was helpful as well. Even the front desk was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area. Perfect place for shopping and dining. Perfect location for all the above and very nice view from the room. Sometimes its a bit noisy. but it stops and it is not frequent. Very nice location and staff was very helpful...
I picked this Courtyard for a stopover on the way to San Diego. Pluses: free and easy parking, fold out bed in room, freeway access, good rate. Minuses: freeway noise, cheap linens, general smoke-like odor. Other reviews mentioned freeway noise but I expected it would be like "white noise" in the background. Nope. New hotels near major airports are way quieter.
The staff was polite and the rooms were nice. What was very disappointing was the housekeeping frequency. Our stay was from Saturday morning to Monday morning. On Sunday we left the room around 10am, at that point no attempt from the housekeeper to come to our room has been made (we did not have the do not disturb sign). We return to our room after 4pm and the room was still untouched. The housekeeper came a little bit after we got back and since we couldn't leave (we had to take showers and get ready for an event) she left some clean towels and additional shampoo and conditioner but never came back after we were gone. Therefore during our stay we never got our room cleaned. Also, the towels in the pool were quite old and some with a few holes in them. Two of the hot tubs were all stained with what it looked to be mold. I thought this hotel was a 4-star hotel but this level of service is definitely lower than that.
Nice hotel, convient to downtown LA and Hollywood but slightly more affordable. Very nice pool but small.
Missed a lot of my flights for an important interview and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating
Love love love LOVE this hotel. Unfortunately, we only get to stay here for one night. We booked the king size bedroom, which comes with an adorable round loveseat. The room were beautifully decorated with chic decors. It was super clean & well worth the money. If I could stay in this room all day, I would.
We had a kingbed room. Quiet spacious and clean. We are pretty happy with the stay here. The only thing is that the room is facing the freeway, which means you can hear the traffic noise.
My family and I went for a weekend getaway. We wanted at least a three star hotel but not have to pay $300 a night. Out plan was to go to Santa Monica the first day and then to a Dodger game the second day. A decent hotel in Santa Monica was More than we wanted to pay but this hotel was $135 a night and only a 20 minute commute to Dodger Stadium. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice pool and hot tub. Surrounding area was clean and appeared to be safe.
we have 201, just at the corner of the hotel. The highway noise can be heard clearly at night, or you can hear the loud blowing fan from the air conditioner 2 ft to the bed.
Very nice hotel, great pool and hot tubs. Staff was very friendly. Right off the 210.
Hotel was great! Beds and pillows were excellent!! I would stay here again if I was in the area.
