The room wasn’t clean. The tub/shower was totally noticeably dirty with hair mixed in with the dirt. I got a different room, with no apology for the dirty room which I showed him a picture of. I switched hotels in the morning.

Nice quiet facility. The room was a typical hotel room but nice and clean with a coffee maker and fridge. I am in the area frequently for cancer treatment at City of Hope and will definitely be staying at this hotel whenever I have early appointments and have to stay nearby overnight. The staff was very kind and accommodating to my niece, who is my driver but was just getting over a cold so she couldn’t go with me into the hospital where so many people are immune compromised. I asked for a late checkout for her and they gave her an extra 2 hours so she was able to rest and relax in a comfortable room instead of having to sit in her car all day waiting for me. Also, we had a nice relaxing evening soaking in the hot tub, which is especially important for my mental health right now. I had stayed at a cheaper hotel nearby 2 weeks previously and was very disappointed because the hot tub was barely warm, so essentially unusable, and that hotel didn’t seem to care. Well I’m glad they were so dismissive because it made me look for other accommodations and this hotel is much better quality and only $10 more per night.

The hotel was very warm and inviting. The One Bedroom king was very spacious and had a great layout. The outlets and available space to work was amazing inside the hotel room and in the lobby. There are numerous outlets and plugins throughout which I need as I work as I travel. I was super excited to also see the bathtub/shower combo. I will definitely be back. Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Pool and hot tubs were very inviting and I enjoyed my afternoon.

The room definitely felt neglected. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, I got a cliped toenail stuck in my foot from the floor next to the bed, the tv had a damaged screen and wouldn't stay on, and the mattress was like sleeping on a kindergarten nap mat. The wifi is extremely slow with little to no bandwidth. This felt like a one star motel.

The room with 2 queen beds is a bit small for 2 people. There is only one chair. The working desk is located under the TV-table and can be pulled out. Breakfast is at Starbucks located inside the hotel. Otherwise the hotel's location is very convenient; easy parking and safe. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fifth time staying here. Every other time was a good experience. The staff, room, accommodations...it was always welcoming and pleasant. This time, not so much. We arrived at about 11pm for check in. The host at the desk was dressed and acted like a thug straight from the ghetto. Our room wad dingy and the a/c was set at 52 degrees (it was pouring rain ouside). The bathroom had teallow stains covering the ceiling, the bathtub was stained brown and all of the body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. I removed them just to double check. It was just a very poor experience for our Christmas stay.
