I booked this hotel expecting a full breakfast as advertised, but unfortunately, only a continental breakfast was provided. This was disappointing and felt misleading, as there’s a clear difference between the two. A full breakfast was one of the reasons I chose this place. I recommend the hotel update its listing to reflect what is actually offered, so future guests can make informed decisions. Overall stay was okay, but this aspect definitely did not meet expectations.

The hotel management is very clearly cutting costs and cutting corners. No kettle in the rooms, no cups, all amenities locked up and right in front of the counter manager. Felt like we were in an army compound for a night. Don't recommend. Not worth the money.

The bathtub was stopped up I told her she didn't believe us.She said you rented room on 3 rd party.No refunds,no discounts,not their problem.I had mammogram at City Of Hope,needed a shower very disappointed.Will never stay at one of these motels ever again.Told to ask you for a discount given to me.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Convenient parking, clean room with minimal amenities. It suited our needs for the evening, and it was in close proximity to our destination. Aside from the bathroom light not working and know where to sit (besides the desk chair), we were somewhat satisfied. Unfortunately, if we take this trip again, we would find another place to stay.

I live nearby and sometimes book rooms for family in from out of town. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. Usually don’t have any problems however with the weather being cooler I asked for extra bedding/blankets and was denied the request and advised that the room only accommodated four guests and no more. I was really confused when I realized they only provided enough towels for three guests.
