A wonderful place to stay—equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of room for everyone, and Jamie was quick to respond to any questions. I’d gladly stay here again if I’m in the area and need a spacious place for a group.

Our host answered all our questions. The house was clean , comfortable, with plenty of towels, and there even some basic spices in the cupboard. Hot tub worked fine. In a quiet neighborhood with good parking.

Thank you, we had a wonderful time and the house was huge, great for families! A few minor suggestions: 1) Hooks in the bathrooms would be very nice for towels, swimsuits, etc. Otherwise, the bathrooms are nicely remodeled! 2) There are open containers of mayo, salad dressing, and other condiments in the cupboard that should’ve been refrigerated. I’d suggest throwing them out to avoid food borne illnesses. 3) Being able to treat the hot tub after several days use would be nice. It was looking pretty bad after 3 days. 4) The WiFi in the welcome letter (homecation) could not be found, but we easily found and connected to the Harmonyvilla. 5) Potentially bed bugs in some of the beds? A lot of our guests noticed little black things in bed and brushed away, but now have bites all over them...

This is a great property and excellent for a family. Very large great room area, fully equipped kitchen, great bedroom arrangement and excellent location for many of the LA attractions. The close I-10 freeway access was a real plus. I highly recommend this property. Host was fully accessible and very responsive.

Beautiful and comfortable house

The house was easy to find. It was very spacious, very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 10. Though we did not need it the house is fully wheelchair accessible. Every thing was in very nice condition. The beds were very comfortable.

Perfect for our needs!

Everything was clean and wonderful and we couldn’t have been more happy with the house. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and my parents and siblings all stayed together here. Host was attentive and communicative and very easy to work with. Will most definitely come back here someday!

Clean and a lot of room

Appreciate the stay, The house was very spacious definitely accommodated. Our party of seven probably could fit up to 10 people being adults. The house is very clean. Loved touches like shampoo soap and some condiments were provided the most comfortable bed for sure. Was the Cali king the other beds slightly stiff for my back. Definitely good for a families had all the necessities to cook or barbecue. The hot tub is clean and ready for us and the host was very responsive with anything we needed and followed up which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is very safe and liked that target and other eateries were around the corner location just right off the highway to navigate to the destinations we needed to go. Definitely will book again next time we're down in LA about 45 minutes away from the airport with traffic and same to Disneyland a very accommodating centralized location. Appreciate you jaime and the touches you did in your home to make us feel like we are home.

Great place for a big group

Our family had a great time at this house. The only thing that bothered us on arrival was that the house had a strong smell of floor cleaner/wax. The owner was responsive about this and we were told that it's been a while since the floors were done and suggested to light up candles. Didn't really bother us that much the next few days. Overall, our family had an awesome time.

Roomy and Relaxing

A great clean home for a large familv gathering. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very wheelchair accessible!!! Easy to find in a safe neighborhood. We were so pleased and would stay again.

Friends weekend getaway

The house was spacious and comfortable. The host was friendly and available if we had any questions or concerns. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and it was easy to get to. Our group of 5 enjoyed the stay and would book this place again.

Surprisingly Spacious!

Property was very clean and more spacious than expected. Fully furnished kitchen. Enough towels and linen for a dozen family members. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet and private neighborhood. Host was very friendly and warned (apologized) us about a couple minor things that were still being repaired but did not in any way affect our stay nor enjoyment. I highly recommend and would visit again.

The House was absolutely wonderful for a large group. The beds were comfortable and we were greatful for the additional comforters supplied. There were plenty of large pots and pans for cooking for a larger group. Very nice home in nice neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay in the home. It was clean and had room for group. The clothes washer didn't work great but was functional and parking was a bit congested. We had to park on the lawn which was recommended. Overall we were very happy with the home and would stay there again in the future.

The property and neighborhood were really nice. The only problem we had with this whole trip was we had to keep contacting the owner to get the information to get in the house and the address because there was a problem with getting the information on where the house was and how to get in
