The staff was wonderful, Yasmin from the breakfast staff was particularly helpful to us our last morning, as we were desperate for coffee before we left. The room and kitchenette was helpful, as we like doing lite cooking as we travel.

Hotel staff is excellent. Morning breakfast is the best this is my third time staying here. It’s nice to have real breakfast foods offered. Apparently word got out on the breakfast so you want to get there early. It can get very crowded. If you ask front desk for bottle waters they will give you free complimentary

Very convenient location, quiet with easy access. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast have a lot of choices for everyone. I wish the mattress were of better quality, I unfortunately didn’t sleep well. Because of all of the above I will stay again and just pray for a better bed next time

Breakfast menu was great. No complaints there. The main areas of the hotel were clean. The room was a huge disappointment, dirty sheets that didnt look like they were even changed. Hair and stains on them. Funiture was greasy and chipped or broken. Dust on surfaces. The pull out couch was horrible. The matress is done you can feel the frame, and the sheet that was on it was stained has three rips and also looked like was never changed. The beds were not competable and there were stains on the carpet. As soon as we got in the room I texted the to the front desk in the app of the condition of our room and got no response i asked for new bed sheets and bedding for the pull out since there was none in the room. Also there were only 3 towels but 5 people on the booking asked for that as well. Waited a couple of hours got no response. So went down to front desk to let them know. The gentleman at the front desk seemed very annoiyed of me asking for new bedding ect. I expained there were stains and hair on them. He didnt say anything. I told him excatly what we needed for our room he didnt write it down. About an hour later. House keeping came to our room had a bag of sheet and blanket. I said oh thanks very much. I reached to take it and he dropped it on the floor and walked away. Extremley rude. He gave us a greese stained blanket and no pillow and no towels. I send another msg to from desk with pictures and still no reply. They charged me for parking but i didnt have a car.
