parking is tough. staff was miseducated about service dogs and laws, the front desk girl insisted she knows about what is and what isn't a service dog. I train service dogs and horses for a living. she works front desk at hotel for a living. she told me I could not have my service dog on property and that I would be charged 150$ per dog per night for having them there. I will be contacting my representative at ADA regarding this and other ADA law violations at the property including but not limited to: wheelchair accessibility, handicap accessible amenities, no ramp or wheelchair access.
