I asked for the room to be cleaned. I was informed that due to them being short of staff, it would not be possible. No help with carrying the luggage up to the room or down from the room. I’m a single mom with a special needs daughter, so it was a struggle. First night there I went to get some ice from the ice machine. It didn’t work. I called front desk and was informed I could go to another floor to get ice. The ice machine did not work the entire time we were there. Some of the elevators were out of order. I was very disappointed with the lack of service. I have never stayed in a hotel where I couldn’t get my room cleaned.

Nice location but property very outdated Beds comfy Health hazard due to mold build up by the window / aircon/ heater Carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement ? Check in staff/ hotel reception could be better with customer service very very flat affect not very customer oriented vibe - tone of voice and body language ! it's free to smile and be courteous even if you dislike your job ! Maintenance guy very helpful he replaced our night lamps with functional units since they were broken upon our arrival at the hotel This is a good opportunity for management to improve especially customer service ! We stayed here for 4 nights
