Another great stay at this hotel. We will stick to it. Very clean and spacious rooms. Phenomenal staff and customer service. Best breakfast choice, comparing to many more expensive hotels we have stayed at over last few years. An amazing place for an overnight stay in between flights or for a brief LA visit. For longer stay, somerhing closer to the city would be a bettet option more likely.

We arrived around midnight for check in due to our flight arrival into LAX. The room was disgusting.The front desk did their best to compensate us for the situation. We received complimentary breakfast. But honestly, after traveling all day and being on a long flight all you want to do is relax. Not find fake dirty eyelashes on the room floor. Also, my pillow case had (what I told myself) makeup but it looked like blood. I kept kicking myself in the head for not going with Hyatt. -_-.
