Staff was courteous. Appreciate the breakfast. Room had some issues. Soap dispenser falling off the wall, toilet seat loose, hot/cold label on shower barely visible and wrong, not enough storage space (only 3 drawers) also the room could use better lighting. Reported the dispenser and toilet issues to try to get them fixed, got a response but the repair never happened before we checked out.

the room given to us have fruit flies flying from day 1! we did not complain cause we're almost always out! the bathroom sink has brown spots and so is the shower curtain! the hallway carpet need to be shampooed! on the positive side they have a very good location but a lot of other hotels are in good location in glendale. this hotel will be perfect if they just clean it well. and hire pest control for the fruit flies..

I reserved this hotel stay for my brother-in-law & his wife. According to them, their stay was amazing. Their room is clean. The included breakfast is wonderful with the options offered. The hotel, itself, is nicely located in walking distance to "everywhere". The staff are very courteous, & accommodating. They had an amazing time
