Do not stay there. The area is terrible, annoying car parking, room looks nothing like the photos, small beds and dirty. And my bathroom door was stuck locked so I packed up and booked somewhere else.

I stayed for 3 days at 615 1/2 room # 2 on the 2nd floor with detached private restroom. The place is nice, but it was very dirty, the floors were full of dust, it looked like they haven't cleaned the floors in a while, the blankets smelled so bad like armpit plus the pillows, no towels provided. The water pressure for the shower was extremely low, and it took a long time for the water to get hot. Also, while cooking, the fire alarm went off multiple times even though i was only boiling water to make noodles. The parking is terrible, its first come first serve but even so i was told by some guy that blocked me off that "I took his parking" I would not recommend.

Though the room wasn't ready for 30 minutes, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really liked the style of the rooms and the joint room was nice and spacious. There wasn't a trash can in the room but we had our own little trash bag so that was fine. Also, there weren't any paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen. It was nice having a lot of space in the closet but a few more hangers would be really nice. I also don't think my bedroom sheets were washed because there were body oil stains on the sheets along with body glitter and they didn't smell very good. My throw blanket was also really dirty. Neither of us slept really well because there was a very loud and profane argument right outside the balcony window and the hotel staff had a lot to deal with in that regard. Overall, it was a great location to stay and we felt at home.

I stayed here with four other friends during a trip to LA, the rooms do look nice, but they were a lot of issues all throughout the experience. For starters we had 3 rooms, two of the three rooms had bathroom problems, and after asking for them to be address they were not, we still were missing soap and the drains were still clogged. On our first night sleeping there, three people kept us up until 3:00 a.m. shouting and being loud, the couple next door was fighting and ended up kicking out the significant other. After getting what felt like no sleep we were woken up at 7:30 to a person right under our room honking over and over and over again, it turns out that due to limited parking someone had blocked us into the hostel. We spent the next two hours trying to figure out who it was, only to be met with a threatening woman who to explain that she wanted to fight us and how if we knocked on her door we would have to pay her for it the room. But after 2 hours we found the person and sure enough they were hungover. That was the end of the first night we thought it couldn't get any worse, we have a video from the second night where this couple was screaming at each other, and another person eventually tried to call them down which led to a physical altercation THAT ONCE AGAIN HAPPENED AT 3 AM!! AND EVEN AFTER TALKING TO THE MANAGER NONE OF OUR PROBLEMS WERE EVER ADDRESSED

The worst place that I’ve paid to stay in since my early 20s. We decided to stay here because of its relative proximity to USC. My wife and I traveled separately. She arrived first to find the front door of the facility wide open. There was supposed to be a code to allow for entry. Her Uber driver warned her not to walk by herself in this dangerous neighborhood, and she went to sleep without dinner. My own flight didn’t get in until after midnight. I rented a car from the airport and arrived at the facility and began looking for parking. I drove around a half mile radius looking for somewhere to park in vain for an hour and a half. In the adjacent streets people were double parked in the middle of the road. The only signs of life I saw were a handful of homeless people. Finally, I just parked in the driveway of the facility beside the No Parking sign I pulled up the code for the door given to me but realized that it wasn’t necessary. The door pushed open and didn’t lock at all. There was someone sprawled out asleep in the common area. I couldn’t be sure if it was a guest or a homeless person. I was able to enter my own room with the code. I reported by text my parking concerns to the management, worried that I would be towed, as well as my concerns about security. They were quickly responsive about the parking but seemingly had no concerns or apologies about the security situation. My wife and I decided that we would not stay here for the remainder of our reservation.

Clean & Great for my weekend stay! Was in town for a bodybuilding competition, and this was just minutes from the LA convention center which is where I needed to be during most of the days I spent in LA. I really appreciated the staff that went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. They even offered to store my luggage so I didn’t have to deal with packing day of my comp which was the day I was scheduled to check out. Communication was quick the one time I had a question regarding the room which is something I didn’t expect being it was a self-check in establishment and the only staff I saw were the housekeepers which by the way work super hard to keep the place clean each day. Thank you for making my visit to LA super smooth and easy and most of all, affordable. 🙏

When we arrived our room was unkept and unclean. Bed was not made, bathroom was a mess. “Staff/workers” were smoking inside and just lounging in the shared kitchen. The manager or who ever the guy was is very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Your building manager is much much more than the title implies. The service from Mike and Cassandra went way above and beyond what people would expect more like a personal concierge the room was exceptional, clean neat and tidy. This is a little gem of a place in an otherwise sea of customer service people have forgotten.
